Excited for Thursday's meet.  

First, thank you to Nancy Goins and Karly Denton for volunteering to be stroke/turn judges this week at Three Rivers.  We are always in need of additional people for this role.  It is a great way to learn more about the sport your kids are learning and helpful to people like myself who was never on a swim team.
