Swim Meet 101
Helpful Tips!
- Make sure to declare if you are attending the meet by the deadline.
- Print all the copies of the Heat Sheet that you need. These will not be available at the meet.
- Please arrive on time for warm ups. Please note that swim meets get CROWDED! Give yourself extra time.
- Make sure your young or new swimmers are in place for their events!

Declare Participation in Swimtopia
- Go to Swimtopia mobile app
- Click on the meet
- Click on Meet Signup button
- Click Edit
- Choose the selection
- Attending this meet OR Not attending this meet
- Undeclared attendance will result in NOT BEING PUT IN EVENTS.
- Click Save
- You will need to declare participation for each meet.
